Witton and Aston Churches Youthwork Agency (WACYA)

Witton and Aston Churches Youthwork Agency (WACYA) is a charity that supports the youthwork delivered by a number of the local churches (Aston Parish Church, St James, South Aston United Reformed Church and the Salvation Army) as well as the Witton Community Association.

Salvation Army (Aston)

Ivor Lewis, the Aston Parish Church Youth Worker has been working with Salvation Army to establish youth ministry with young people from Manor and Salford Park. There have been a number of key changes recently. The most major one was that in summer 2007 Simon and Karen Cardy moved to Darlaston to lead a church. Andi Thomas has now taken on heading up the project and we are working closely to develop work with children and young people in Aston and Witton (visit the section on Witton Kids for more information).
